It is our intention to provide our clients with a professional and therapeutic service in a relaxing and friendly environment. We will customize each treatment to our client’s individual needs and make every effort to give our visitors a fair, valuable, and beneficial experience. We believe that our policies do just that. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for our first-time and repeat guests. Read about them below and contact us with any questions you may have.
Your Rights and Responsibilities as our Guests and your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with any service you received here, please notify us within seven days of your appointment.
We are not accept any insurance!
Informed consent
At your first visit with us, you will be asked to sign the treatment consent form stating that you have provided the truth about your health history, read the information, understand it, and agree to comply with professional massage therapy policies and procedures.
Professionalism & Boundaries
Our Massage Therapists are happy to adjust pressure, temperature, table, music volume, light, or work longer on an area or move on if you request within the scheduled time.
Arrival time for treatments
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. If you are late for an appointment, your treatment will end on time so that the next appointment may begin as scheduled. Should this happen, your service will be charged in full.
Cancellation policies & Fees
We understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. Also, your therapy times are reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies.
Reservations
In order to help ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment far in advance to ensure availability.
Contact us directly for reservation. 24 hours prior appointment time is required for any cancellation.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the prices of our services and are always appreciated. Feel free to provide your satisfaction to your therapist for an exceptional service. Gift cards do not include gratuity unless specified.
