We understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. Also, your therapy times are reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

            Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of half price for the scheduled service.

           Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification (No show) will be charged in full for the scheduled service.

          All services require a credit card or any kind of payment to guarantee a reservation(anyone who refuse to provide the requirement above will not be able to reserve your treatment). You will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no-show.

If a client late-cancels or does not show up multiple times (2 or more), will be asked to fully pre-pay for future services.
